Founded in 2012, Nature’s Help is an Australian women’s health and wellness brand dedicated to supporting hormonal balance and everyday wellbeing through natural, evidence-based supplements. Created by founder Kirsty Strowger, the brand was born from a commitment to provide women with trusted, high-quality alternatives to support them through every stage of life, from hormonal health to menopause and beyond.

Biome acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation (Burwood), Bundjalung, Yugambeh and Koombumerrii people (Southport), and Yuggera and Turrbul people (Meanjin / Brisbane) as the traditional owners and custodians of the land that we work on. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
