Directions: add this Eco concentrate refill into 400 ml of warm filtered water (chlorine free and non fluoridated) that has been heated to 40-50 °C. Mix in a strong blender for 1 minute, then pour into our reusable, refillable & recyclable BPA-free bottle, or your own glass bottle. Use after it has cooled (Menthol is very strong when warm and freshly mixed- let it settle).

While travelling: add 4 teaspoons of the dry powder to 200ml of very warm water (not boiling) in a glass and stir vigorously to make up enough Alkaline mouth-rinse for your stay. Stir before every use. Travel with the dry Alkaline Rinse Eco Refill everywhere.

Rinse before brushing or on its own to freshen breath. Shake or stir before every use. Rinse and gargle a capful for 1-2 minutes to stimulate & saturate alkaline saliva flow.

For best results follow by brushing with Dr Hisham’s Vital Teeth Serum or Organic Dental Detox Whitening Dental Powder, twice daily. Use the Dental Vital Mints after each meal & for brushing on the go, to keep your mouth fresh and in balance all day.
