Wipe down and wash thoroughly with warm water and mild detergent before first use to remove any residue from the manufacturing process.

Dry thoroughly after washing.

Avoid steel wool or abrasive scrubbers.

Remove surface rust with a paste of baking soda or white vinegar.

Harsh dishwasher detergents, rinse aids, or prolonged moisture/heat can attack the surface over time.

Salt, electrolytes, citrus, kombucha, coffee residue, or dishwashing detergent can attack the surface over time, especially if the cup stays wet.
