You'll often see "18/8 stainless steel" used to describe kitchenware. This simply refers to the metal's composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. Grade 304 is the internationally recognised industrial specification for this same high-quality alloy, giving you confidence in its long-term performance.

How to use a stainless steel ice cube tray
- Fill to the top of the insert only (not the outer tray). Remember that water expands as it freezes.
- Ensure the tray is sitting flat in the freezer.
- To release the frozen cubes: flip tray over and briefly run the base of the tray under cool tap water to loosen the cubes (or leave it sitting for 20 seconds).
- Turn back over and place on a flat surface.
- Hold the tray firmly with one hand while gently pulling the integrated lever.
- Move the lever back and forwards a few times, then lift it out altogether.
Do not use excessive force as the handle may bend. If the cubes don't release easily, simply run the base under water for a few more seconds and try again.

45 day returns: If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online (*exceptions below), you are welcome to return it to us within 45 days, unused, unworn, and in a pristine saleable condition with the original labels attached, packaging and we will refund your cost of goods. Heavy/Overwight Orders: Order overs 5kg in weight will attract a $5 extra weight surcharge.
