Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily, or as directed by a health care professional.

Adults only. In very rare cases, curcumin may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains: Sulfites, phenylalanine and soyabean.

If you are taking warfarin, it is recommended that you talk to your doctor before taking the Men’s 50+ Multi as it contains vitamin K2, with the recommended daily dose providing 80 mcg of vitamin K2 daily. While use of vitamin K2 in supplements is not contraindicated in people taking warfarin, it may potentially antagonise the actions of warfarin and reduce its anticoagulant effects. Your doctor would be able to determine your individual risk and monitor your INR if required.
